Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I live in Penticton but drive to this particular Dairy Queen because the quality of the blizzards and food is done great. Love it when I have jobs in Summerland. :

I have never been so angry or upset at an establishment in my life the way I am at dq summerland right now. Horrible service, the staff at the drive through was rude and unpleasant and so unprofessional. I will never return to this restaurant and I’d suggest no one go here. I told the staff my order was wrong and they told me “no it’s not wrong, I made it myself. that’s how you ordered it”. Never offered to fix it or apologize and correct it. The woman’s tone was rude and unpleasant. Zero customer service skill. just a downright ignorant employee. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this establishment until they fix their staff attitudes.

My burger and blizzard were both very very good. Service was great to. Bathrooms were clean. Restaurant was clean.

Ordered a small chocolate dip cone and a smarties blizzard for my kids.Ordered an small Oreo blizzard, and given a mint oreo.Too many things from this specific establishment, going to Penticton DQ from now on.

Id give them 5 stars but they're always out of chocolate milk
