West End Grill - Summerside

Was hungry. Food was good. Nothing open. Track always open.Food: 5/5

We tried to go to this restaurant today. The hostess was beyond rude and very unprofessional and impolite. She was unable to accommodate our group at last minute, which is understandable. However when we asked for a table for our group she just said “nope”. Then she went on to say she could accommodate half but the other half would have to “figure it out”. No apologies or attempts to accommodate were made. As we were leaving another customer (already seated said they could move to help provide more room, but the hostess said she wouldn’t accommodate our “bad attitudes”. Unfortunate for them, they lost out on a lot of business. Won’t be going there again :

The first time I went a I had Bonny as a server and she was very pleasant but this time I waited 10 minutes just to be seating while there was lots of clean tables. The food was available and I only saw the waitress when she took my order, delivered food and for the bill. I’m very disappointed with my visit.Food: 2/5

Food was good but not hot enough, service was good, very casual restaurant. Not much of an atmosphere though, unless the horses are on the track.Food: 4/5
