The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and down-to-earth. I would recommend this place any day!

The food was enjoyable, but the dining area could really benefit from a thorough cleaning. We were seated in a booth where the salt and pepper shakers had some unidentifiable residue on them. We had to use a napkin to avoid touching the crusty, dried food while shaking out the salt. It seemed like all the booths had a similar issue. There were also dead flies on the window sills, and a floor fan in the dining area looked quite furry and needed some attention. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, and it’s a charming little spot with reasonable prices. In my opinion, a deep cleaning is definitely in order.

I came to pick up a treadmill from an auction and ended up enjoying a delicious meal! I'm not usually a fan of meatloaf, but yours was fantastic. The hoecake sides were also delicious. It was great country cooking. I'll definitely be back and will bring friends with me!

This small diner is a mirage in the desert. The proprietor is friendly and her family is precious. The food is fresh and delicious and made to order with love. She remembers us every time we return. Nothing fancy but down home eats at a fair, honest price with friendly service. What more could one ask for. Ask for the desserts of the day. Hot Fudge Cake is to die for. Just do it!
