3 people working. 1 on drive thru, 1 cook, 1 working front and cooking. 4 customers came in, no service and left. 20 minute wait for 2 burgers and fries after order. Last trip here.
Came at 7:20am. Sat at the drive through for about 5 mins. No one took my order. Cars lining up behind me. Decide to leave. As I'm leaving the drive through, I look through one of the drive-through windows to see someone standing back there just watching all the cars drive by. No sign saying they are closed. No sign saying short staffed. No nothing. I try time and time again to come to this place. Hoping one day they will get their stuff together. NOPE.
The food was good I just wish we got it all. They missed my 2 orders of French toast but put the syrup packs in the bag. I get it's my bad for not checking before pulling away, but this is getting nuts. I tried to fill out the survey on the back to at least get something for if we go back and neither my recipient nor my actual order ticket have the survey code. I know $5.82 isn't a lot, but we rarely can afford the splurge and I was looking forward to a break from cooking just to get jipped when I got home and realized it.The lady at the window was a sweetheart at least.
How bout you drive up and you ask for 2 whopper 2 fries and 2 cokes and they say “ we are out of beverages, fries and onion rings and no sauces. All they have is the sandwich. Every single time we go to this place and you think the experience can’t be worse than the last the always seem to prove me wrong. I will never waste my time at this place again. I don’t understand why they just don’t shut it down. Honestly?
