Feedback gevenStopped by to eat lunch about 2pm. walked in and told “dining room closed”. 3 employees hanging around outside in the parking lot, 3 more visible inside all on the phones. we took our business elsewhere.
I went through the drive thru, which took forever (as usual here) but the amount of food was like half portions. One of the items I got was a smashed bowl and it was legitimately maybe half a scoop of potatoes, four French fries, 3/4ths of a chicken tender broken up, with a good amount of cheese on top and bacon bits. I work in food, so I get portion control but this wasn’t remotely close to being an actual portion or worth the $8.The rest of the order wasn’t too bad aside from the fries also being about half full and the coleslaw being super dry (either it had been sitting out or wasn’t stored right)
Just wanted to add another larger mash potato and gravy when I got to the window and I was told no I can’t do that because cars are behind me…… I’m sorry am I the only one that thinks that makes absolutely no since???? It’s not like I was ordering another family size chicken!! It’s just mash potato’s. Can’t stand going to places that don’t care about their customers.
Ordered on-line to save time to just pickup and come home. Nothing on-line mentioned lobby closes at 3:00. As I'd already paid, had to wait in drive-thru line behind 10 other cars. An efficiency from ordering on line completely negated. 15 min trip turned into over 45. Also ordered sauces where left out.
Ordered 4 pc got to work only 2 in box, second time this has happened.
