Wendy's - Summerville

Food is always hot and delicious. But they have to work at their time in the lobby.

I waited for a total of 25-30 minutes. From these 25-30 minutes I was 10 minutes on the auto-dru speaker and said hello without answer. When they answered, they said that we will be with you. another 5 minutes until I have to order. FINALLY got my frost and it was half melted. More like a milkshake. It's safe to say that I'm not coming back here.

I had the harvest chicken salad with pomegranate balsamico dressing. I love this salad. My husband loves her chili and he had bacon-cheddar frits. I wanted her hot green tea not to get it. He has a frost. This Wendy had a machine to order before she went to the counter. On this machine there was no way to order the Honest green tea, which is why I didn't get the tea. I had to have sweet tea instead. Not sure if I like the machine job or if I want to order with a person. We have to pay for the machine. I really hope they decide to put the green tea on their ordering machine. I really want to use this machine the next time. The Wendy's is located at the Dorchester Rd, North Charleston, S.C.

It's cool they incorporated self help stations. Within two or so minutes they call for your drink to be picked up. Awesome! I don't know cause I didn't look, it was given to me as take out. I didn't care a bag or a tray. Next time I'll look if there is a take out or dine in selection.

Mostly great service, but not today, really sucked. The new frosty Sunday was ordered and it was in the bag top and ordered two Cheeseburger Deluxe and both Burgers missing tomatoes. Servers seemed to hurry and unorganized. As I said, there are usually good here. My visit was 5/18/19 at 16:00
