New China - Summit

Here on the mai 22 2022 on the way to home from chicago and it was good eating for this beautiful little restaurant in front of the carbahn.

I ordered crab cakes and was surprised to find bacon bits in them. My family and I don't eat pork, and this was not disclosed on their menu. I called to ask for a refund because I had to throw the food away. The woman I spoke to was very rude and told me that I should have asked if their dishes contained pork. Their menu only mentions crab meat and does not specify the inclusion of pork. I would not recommend wasting your money at this restaurant.

Much better than expected. it doesn't look so much as if there's a crispy stripe mall Chinese place, but it's better than it looks. new china revolves around the only Chinese restaurant in the summit. Even about the only ok restaurant period that is. this is a fairly small place, so most people order and then execute. Chinese restaurants like these are in the rule only for the tour. it has some tables inside, but when I was here, no customers eat inside. this is one of these places that has these big pictures of the menu points along the wall. mostly the same looking pictures as everywhere. the one I got was the hong sue tofu. it's about $9 for a big deal. that has a nice selection of vegetables. sauce was spicy but not extremely hot. the tofu was boiled to solid and not muddy as many places. I'm glad I came here. it is better than many others close to Chinese. they have a pretty little it area if they like to eat inside, but most people get looking out.

I really enjoy this restaurant. I have ordered from them four times already and they never disappoint. Their orange chicken, lo mein, fried rice, and egg rolls are all delicious and fresh.

Came here because the place I usually go to was closed. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, kung pow chicken, shrimp egg foo young and hawaiian fried rice everything was tasteless, the kung pow chicken had no sauce to go over the dry white rice, the sweet and sour chicken sauce was in a little white cup just enough to dip the chicken as if they were chicken nuggets, once again not enough to go on the dry white rice and the egg foo young same as the rest, no sauce for the rice. And from what I'm use to hawaiian dishes usually has ham in it this only has chicken and pineapple in it. They only gave me soy sauce packets no sweet and sour, oh and last but not least, when you look at the menu on the Yelp site it shows a coupon for free stuff if you order a certain amount would you believe the coupon had been removed when I looked at the menu in the restaurant, but after she gave me my order she handed me the coupons unfortunately I don't know what I did with them otherwise I would post a picture. Bottom line is this place is horrible!! Found the coupons...
