Mcdonald's - Sumner

My high schooler ordered online but they never gave her her food when she went to go pick it up because they said “she didn’t get a code”. Her friend who ordered through the app didn’t get the code as well but got the food.I went to talk to them and lady said I’m being hostile when I’m just trying to explain to her what’s going on.Had bad food and bad service there in the past , and now they don’t want to give food when it’s been ordered. Never again!

The greasiest of greasy burgers. The slopiest of sloppy burgers. This place just doesn't give AF. I won't be going back due to the quality of the food. McDonald's is gross as it is, but this place just puts the icing on the cake. Ew.

Sumner McDonald's should be setting the bar for all McDonald's. They always keep the restaurant clean. Their service is stellar! And the food quality is worth the drive. I live in Puyallup and I like the Sumner store so much that we drive to this store anytime we get McDonald's! Keep up the great standards!

Driver review! I can’t into the store and they had the the stickers printed but cleared off the screen then told me it’s going to be a while. 15 minutes later still waiting on the food. This store obviously doesn’t know how to function wait manipulating the system. Reply back if you want video of this incident as I always record pinup and drop offs.
