During normal business hours by 2 hours on the afternoon. the lobby is closed and no one came through the window, although they claimed they were open.

Customer service is great but $10 for a sundae and LONG wait times with only 1 staffer is no bueno.

I'm so incredibly frustrated and irritated. I order a smoothie and I get a milk shake with no return or anything. It's sad I have to even give this place a star since they're closed every other day and when they're open they're so rude and I would never EVER give this place another cent.

The Indian female that works the window started yelling at me through the drive through window and slammed the window in my face after giving me the wrong order and refused to answer the door and speak with me like a reasonable adult. I called this morning and asked for a managers name or if I could leave my number and she absolutely refused. 0/10 experience and will never again in my life come here any more.
