Chili's Grill - Sumter

I ordered takeout online and had some trouble figuring out how to apply my free dessert coupon from my email. They also forgot to include my ranch dressing, but aside from that, everything was perfect as usual from this location.

I went Friday night and dined in. Raven was awesome!!! She was fast, efficient, and professional. Kudos to Raven!!! The food was amazing!!! From start to finish I had an enjoyable experience, so much that I went back on Saturday for 'To Go ' . This is definitely one of my 'SPOTS ' moving forward.

This was our first visit to this Chili's, and it did not disappoint. The managers were actively walking around, assisting their servers and checking on guests. Although it seemed like they were a bit short-staffed, that was not reflected in the service at all. My server, Tyler, was friendly and handled all his tables efficiently. The food was served hot and the drinks were great.

I had an excellent grilled chicken salad with avocado, and my coworker really enjoyed the shrimp tacos. The happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM was fantastic, with classic margaritas and well drinks available for just $3.99—an unbeatable deal! Our waiter was very friendly and cheerful. Interestingly, they don’t offer a military discount, which might indicate they have enough regular customers. Overall, it was a great visit!

I called in for a takeout order, and the young lady charged me $16.00 for a meal that was supposed to be $10.99 for three items. When I arrived, the total came to $19.88 because a tip was added without my consent. It also took a long time for the scanner to process my debit payment. When I got home, the food looked burnt and nothing like the pictures or what I've seen before. What is going on?!
