Feedback gevenThey never have enough workers there , and you have to get car to see that lobby door is lock. Then you have get back in your car and join the long line because of this. If you are a dasher this is time consuming. If they post a sigh saying that lobby is close do workers shortage we will understand that. But there is never an sigh posted.,
They will prepare mobile orders and drive thru orders both before taking care of the customers standing right in front of them looking in their face. Food is fresh only because they cook everything, EVERYTHING to order and you will be waiting a very long time. Bring some reading materials, be prepared to wait, don’t have any timely prearranged plans after if you ever stop by this establishment for a bite to eat. No sense of urgency here. Also very ghetto, do not recommend !! Also bathrooms are FILTHY AND NASTY haven’t been wiped down in years. Nice looking flowers on every dining room table. Food tasted good. I would hate to visit during an actual rush hour. I went at a time where I was the only customer in lobby and I still had to wait, wait, and wait.
Great! The flowers on the tables were a nice touch for Valentines day. Should have a theme for each holiday. Gives a good feel to the atmosphere.
They have been out of potatoes for weeks. I offered to go down the street to Piggly Wiggly and get them some but they decided.later in Jan’24 I asked if they were serving breakfast burritos yet and they said no and didn’t know when or if they would be getting them , even though the Wendy’s website said the Sumter, SC sites had the burritos. The Sumter, SC Broad street Wendy’s is the worst fast food businesses I’ve ever been to!
Employees acted like they didn't or never actually knew how to use a credit card machines tap to pay. Very rude and not courteous at all towards customers, just ill mannered in all... Never had or have a problem with them until one late night stopped to get dinner and the employees were very disgusting acting towards us when we tried to use tap to pay.... Not the way food customer service is supposed to be....
