Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Horrible customer service! Evidently they started closing an hour early. They let me wait for 10 minutes at the drive thru before they told me they were closed. No worries tho! Chick-fil-A to the rescue! ?

First of all some of yall be coming in not knowing whats going on with YOUR order then yall like to add things last minute and want it immediately like there dont be a bunch of people behind you waiting to get served too. I rate customer 1 out of 5 the atmosphere-1 out of 5.

Love the kicken chicken sandwich. I always get it with nuclear sauce instead of tongue torch because I like it a little spicier.

Employees had bad attitude and the online order after practically having to beg for it after they told me to go to another location even though I had proof that I had ordered it there, after I got it the order was not made the way I ordered it. They had plenty employees I think I counted five or six and I was the only one in line. Just typical of the day and we all accept it. That's why the businesses keep thriving, because we accept, me included, less than what we pay for. In other words we settle!!!

The meal I received was good, but it wasn't what I ordered. They made the mistake twice, but they billed me correctly.
