The food was delicious. Grilled chicken sandwiches and fries.

Never got to checking out the food. The counter person was very short with us. Even with us saying this was our first time here. Wouldn 't answer our questions, she kept saying listen to me .Manager didn 't really care, just apologized.

Went inside to place an order. Cashier had no idea what they were doing. Manager was too busy to help. Was standing right beside the door. Smoking a cigarette. Then trashy customers started harassing the cashier and that's when I decided it was time to leave. Will never go back totally ghetto

I love Zaxby's! Great food, fast and hot. Service is on top, employees go out of their way to make sure you don't have anything bad to say. The atmosphere is cool, old timey vibes to be honest. Great for meat eaters and vegans.Vegetarian options: Have many vegetarian options, especially the Zalad. Great, tastes delicious, and is very open to editing.
