Feedback gevenI took the time to post this review as this was my second time stopping at this Starbucks. 1/5/2024 at 5:30PM. The barista was a little brunette. She knew she was handing me a hot cut of flavored water with no coffee in it. $8 for a cut of hot water. This is my second time having a coffee ordered from here with no coffee in it. Colored hot water. The Manager knows what's going on you can bet. Both should be fired IMO. I seldom take the time to post a negative review but this one really pissed me off she did this..She knows most of us are hitting the freeway and won't come back. She's a little witch.
Really, really lovely staff. Diane stood out daily when I was visiting for a week.
The service was good and the drinks were ready in a reasonable amount of time.
Friday 10/14 Morning Crew Older woman served me. I am dissatisfied because, upon approaching the kiosk, I was greeted, yet not served right away. It 'd be okay if she was setting something down(I get it, I worked cust. serv. 5+yrs , but, for about 3 MINUTES after saying hi, I proceeded to wait for her to reach a stopping point in what she was doing. Her tone with me was horrible, all around. As I 'm ordering my drink, I inquire about if this location served breakfast sandwiches and was met with a rude, sharp nope before I could comfortably finish my sentence. (like, what? Once she finally decided to stop what she was doing and serve me, her coworker showed up near the end of the process, where she carried on a full blown conversation with him, leaving me hanging around waiting to get my receipt for the drink I had paid for. I HAD TO INTERVENE IN THE CONVERSATION they were having about the whereabouts of her coworker and how busy it was (no one was in line or waiting around for a drink besides me, check the cameras . She began MAKING ANOTHER DRINK before finalizing the transaction to give me my receipt for the drink I had paid for. Upon me interrupting the conversation, where I had to speak up 2 3 TIMES before gaining their attention, the coworker who had shown up in the middle of the process reminded her to finish the transaction, where she did so and handed me my receipt, FINALLY. The only thing worthy of two stars was that my drink was decently made. Customer service was a long shot from good.
I 'm not a real fan of Starbucks but a friend suggested I try their Passion Fruit/Pineapple Refresher drink. Big mistake. They used freeze dried pineapple. Nasty stuff after it gets soaked. For the cost their products it should have been real pineapple bits . Almost $5.00 for medium size. Their prices are ridiculous. Don 't know why people are so addicted to their coffee and other drinks. Don 't waste your money on their newest refresher drink . Their employees are pretty darn nice considering the company they work for.
