Burrachos Fresh Mexican Grill

I struggled between giving this restaurant three or four stars, but in the end, I decided on three for a few reasons. I believe it has the potential to be a four-star establishment, but my visit may have just been an off day. I picked up my order at the recommended time, but the food was cold—my tacos were lacking even a hint of warmth in the middle. Additionally, I was hoping for a more authentic flavor profile, but it felt more like a typical Americanized version of Mexican cuisine. There are plenty of other places at this price point that offer better taste. I plan to give this restaurant another try in the future to see if there are any improvements. If my next experience is similar, I will have to remove it from my list of go-to Mexican options.

The quality is slightly below chipotle, but they do better in terms of portions and the service is generally good!

Just another fast food Mexican restaurant. Nothing special. Wouldn't be a frequent costumer.

It's just okay. Both Qdoba and Chipotle are much better tasting with better ingredients, a larger menu selection, and better ingredients, yet Burracho's is by far the most expensive of the three options.

Ordered food for a number of people. Most orders were missing items. Had a young lady that ordered a guacamole bowl (she doesn 't eat meat) and the bowl came without guacamole. She had to eat rice and lettuce. 2 of the other bowls came without queso. When we called the person we talked to suggested that the items we said were missing just sunk into the rice and we didn 't notice. We most likely will not order from here again.
