Feedback gevenI stopped for lunch and got a burger, but the burger I got did not match the menu description and was not pleasant overall. The menu says Burger comes with a roasted bungalow, but my tasted as if it were baked and grilled. In combination with the very greasy burger, this was only an overload of butter/taste. Overall it tasted like a greasy grilled cheese sandwich with ground beef in the middle. This was aggravated by the glittering oily fries with which it was served. The burger I ordered should also come with thick cut bacon and fried onion strands. Instead, they use cut red onion circles that are very slightly broken and slightly fried (only 20% of them were scattered, they were not even like normal onion rings) it tasted no different from getting raw red onion on a burger and in no way were they fried onion strands. Finally, the bacon was some of the thinnest thick cut bacon I had. If the menu had exactly described the burger, it would have been good and I would have ordered something else or requested a change. Instead, it was just a disappointing experience.
The first time at this point and the atmosphere and the service were great. The food was delicious?
I came here once. I loved it. It was last night. We've been here at 6:30. Waited until 7:10 before we even get a waitress at our table. I am apaulated that people come here and pay the kind of money they do for such bad, bad services. This waitress did not know how long our waiting period was, once informed. I'm not coming back to this facility. Amazing that they set up servers that belong to McDonalds and run through the drive. I regret alone that I regret our choice for her birthday dinner, and wish I could have what much money is spent back. We got our appetizer and low and see it was served with rock hard, fat Craouton style toast. That should have been soft. Don't tap it and everyone turns around wondering who slapped Dietergabel on the plate.... waited another 30 minutes to show our food.... then we have the wrong order complete.... Manufactured by the main meal from the invoice. Nice that the Tye Hostess had a brain on her
Here on Saturday 08/06 at 9 a.m. and the service and food were missing. All foods were under season and Bland including pasta. The server was inattentive, but she seemed overwhelmed when she was the only one working in the area where my friend and I were sitting. I can only assume that things would have been better if we hadn't come an hour before closing, but for almost 100 dollars you would expect better food.
We initially stopped by for a few cocktails and was impressed by the friendly service and warm hospitality we received. Hence we returned again for cocktails and then for dinner. Every single time, we received consistent great service and hospitality. The food was cooked to perfection and was delicious. They were nicely presented as well. The only disappointment was the tiramisu they served. I wouldn't call it a tiramisu. It tasted more like an espresso cheese cake with ladyfingers. But don't let the tiramisu stop you from going here as the rest of the dishes were spot on. The crème brûlée was great. We were offered a different dessert but we declined but surely appreciated the gesture by Jeremy who also made the awesome cocktails. The manager Carl was very pleasant and welcoming. This a place I would surely visit when I am in town again.
