The manager on shift at 11:45am on 4-12-24 screamed at my husband when he presented a free item coupon he had received after our whole family had gotten sick after eating at Taco Bell a few months ago. In front of a full lobby she yelled for her team member to take his coupon away. She accused him of coming in every day begging for free food, said everyone on the crew knows who he is (he asked a team member who said he didn’t know who he was), told him she was refusing him service and refused to give his coupon back (until her employee did it anyway). They got in a yelling match and she accused him of all sorts of untrue things-we live 45 minutes away and only eat at Taco Bell maybe once every few months. I was a manager at Taco Bell back in the early 2000’s and this is completely unacceptable. To take away a coupon and refuse to serve him and accuse him of things he didn’t do in front of a lobby full of people is unheard of. Sure, she can refuse service, but she can’t steal a coupon and she had no legitimate reason to deny him service. Even if it’s a case of mistaken identity, to speak to a customer that way, without instigation is appalling.
The people who work here are very uneducated and behave rudely and very arrogantly, as if they are all bosses, besides, delivery is either from the seaside 9, then you need to go inside, then they close the doors at 21.45, then 22.00, it’s not clear at all, no one knows I recommend this place... very rude staff
One of the most accurate taco bells I've been to. Our order is complicated, but never once has it had a mistake from this location. I have been going to this Taco Bell for nearly 20 years... Hard to believe they've managed to maintain this consistency.
They get very simple orders wrong every single time….
