A La Mode - Sun Valley

The Sun Valley website for A La Mode says it is closed for the season. The Yelp site here says it is open limited hours on Fri, Sat, and Sun. What is going on Sun Valley? Summer evenings used to be so fun at the village. Even the phone number doesn 't give you any information but rather a general message to leave a message. We own in Sun Valley proper and it just isn 't the same anymore here. Limited hours, limited service, limited swim passes (even when we paid for the extra passes). And don 't come when the billionaire club a la Allen Co is in town! Kind of sad that the week after they leave and things open up they are not opened up. Do the Holdings no longer own Sun Valley?

They never shipped my order of candy. Couldn't seem to get an explanation, so I disputed the charge. Their phone number doesn't work...

Not impressed. Overpriced. Not rich and creamy ice cream. Poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a chocolate shake and it was literally the consistency of chocolate milk, not impressed.

Portion size was generous and the waffle cone was one of the best I've had. Service was fine. I think it is worth the money.
