Hailey Coffee Co (ketchum) - Sun Valley

My mocha latte was ok but my friend who is a coffee connoisseur said it was bad. Agreed that the “baristas” don’t know how to make proper coffee. Wanted to get breakfast but went somewhere else instead. The decor was nice and eclectic so it’s a pleasant environment but without good coffee, why stay?

I had a Milkway. Hubby had a Snickers. Both served hot and delicious. Less expensive than Starbucks. Clean cafe. Plenty of seating. Also served food. Friendly service. The street is under construction so there was no parking. We are glad we stopped here to support them during road construction.

Coffee wasn't bad. Food was not good. Guy at the counter was very indifferent. I'll go someplace else next

Slower service than usual today- no recognition from the 2 girls saying thank you for waiting, or no we will be with you shortly while I was waiting. Ordered nothing had to leave.Last visit the zesty toast was poor flavoring, basically avocado thrown on toast. I could have made way better at home.

They had clubbing party music playing. The decoration is confused and didn't make any sense. My caramel macchiato was pretty bad. I didn't drink it and just left it there. Not sure what this business is doing there. Let someone else use that space for a more inspired cafe...
