The Ram - Sun Valley

We had a great dining experience at The Ram. Our server was attentive and made some excellent recommendations. We had salad, trout, onion soup and fondue. Everything was perfect. Larry the pianist played some beautiful renditions of our favorite songs and shared some funny anecdotes as well. This was by far the best dining experience we had on our short trip to Sun Valley!

They tried to overcharge.... For ice.. $4 for ice in my martini. Yep.. Food was subpar for the price. Manager stopped at all tables but mine.. too young for his taste. I wasn't ordering $300 bottle of wine so just got ignored. Do not recommend this place at all.

Beef Tenderloin was incredible. The potatoes with sauce were some of the best I've had. The beer selection was unique with hard to find selections. The dessert menu was unique. Only 4 stars on atmosphere because my dad thought the pianist played way too much sound of music and not much else. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The best restaurant in Sun Valley, hands down. Just do not expect Seattle, Portland, San Francisco service nor food quality. The wine sommelier was below average while the wine selection very good, yet the waiter was good. For food: port tenderloin average, trout very good, cheese souffle good.
