I want to shout out Britain, she has the kindest and sweetest voice, she said Good Morning you could tell she had a smile on her face) absolutely positive attitude thank you for making my Sunday morning GREAT Britain!

Ice machine is always broken and the night staff is overly rude. Like, roll their eyes at you for asking them to wipe a cup off that was dripping with soda... rude.

The service is terrible, I ordered a Caramel Sundae, they gave it to me completely melted, I go in and they tell me that the machine is wrong and they can't refund the money. The boss got angry saying bad words and gave me back less than what it cost, the place was dirty, it smelled bad. Do not eat in this place. Veronica is a bad person.

Very bad service stop in Saturday morning around 9am Manager arguing with a customer employee yelled at the customer for not stopping at the window l advice anyone stay away from this place

Manager employees are very rude was going thru the drive thru put my order in and as l drove around know one was in the first window so l went to the second window gave the employee my card than another employee comes around yelling you need to make sure you stop at the first window l told her don't yell at me the window was close than the manager comes over and started yelling also l asked for my money back and the manager said no move out her drive thru put my car in park turned it off waiting for my money she called the police on me all l wanted was my money back not spending my money were the manager and the employee's are rude and nasty
