Fatoush Express - Sunderland

I was out of town again during lunchtime and stumbled upon this restaurant. We decided to give it a try and I have to say, you won't be disappointed! The chicken shawarma was the best I've had so far. The staff were also very friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Superb tasting food and great value. The shawarma is beautifully flavoured and I'd recommend all of the sides, pickles, etc, great authentic Lebanese stuff. The Mexican chili sauce is awesome. Was piping hot and really quick delivery too.

It may be small only 2 tables and is essentially a takeaway but, the food packs a big punch,

Everytime I order there's something different.I've ordered for the first time the vegan meal deal and swapped something for a vegan pastry (absolutely Loved it)Second time I requested the same and instead of the pastry they send a pizza which wasn't vegan (lactose intolerance).There was a third time I've ordered and yes still didn't get the pastry I was looking for...

First time ordering and it was lovely cannot wait to order again. Food beautiful.
