Terrible and cold, I understand that getting a pizza on New Year's may not be the best experience due to the busyness of restaurants, but I could have received a better, faster, cheaper pizza with better service from a supermarket in Iceland. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wrong food arrived almost 3 hours ago now. Called but got rude answers and shifting blame, saying they won 't fix things because the app is wrong and that it isn 't the takeaway 's fault. It 's the establishment 's responsibility to make sure that their menu is accurately reflected on the app. Do not recommend this place, plenty of pizza places in Sunderland that you can get from instead. Ordered a pizza via Sunderland Eats. Pizza contained onion but the description did not state this. Called them but was told nothing could be done. Called again asking to speak to the manager, but was told he was not in and to call back later. Made several more attempts over the course of two hours, but was told the same thing each time. I have yet to receive a call from the manager. I would not recommend this restaurant. It is the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure item descriptions are up to date on the apps they choose to partner with.

The food was terrible, the pizza crust was undercooked. I ordered three milkshakes but only received one. When I called to address the issue, the man on the phone claimed my order was incorrect even though I had it in front of me. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and I will not be ordering from this place again. Ratings: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.
