Mcdonald's Restaurants - Sunderland

Disappointed but not surprised. McDonald’s at its finest . I wonder if they even check what they serve or just toss everything in between two buns and hope for the best. Clearly the staff need some training cracking eggs since it seems like rocket science to them.

The service at this restaurant was poor. Despite being there during a busy dinner period, there was no excuse for our food to sit on the tray for 10 minutes before being served. The staff worked slowly, causing a backup in the kitchen. When we finally received our food, the burgers were cold, not even warm. Who wants to eat a cold burger? It's likely that the food was left sitting around while waiting to be served. As regular customers, we hope to see improved service during our next visit.

I visited the McDonald's in Roker tonight at 11:54. They were closing the drive-thru when I arrived, but I explained to the woman working there that I had already placed an order on the app. She rudely slammed the cone to the side and asked for my code at the screen. When I got to the next window, I was met by a very rude manager who told me they couldn't give me my food or a refund. I insisted on either getting my food or my money back, and the manager begrudgingly handed over the food to a polite employee who then bagged it for me. However, a rude and immature man then threw the food at me and refused to listen when I mentioned speaking to the branch manager. He then proceeded to lock the doors and verbally abuse me and my partner, making rude gestures before ultimately walking away.

Absolutely fuming! Fries were all over the bag. No dips were put in. Food was freezing especially the “hot” apple pies! Highly disappointed. Not one single person should have to pay for **** like this! Hope whoever packed my order has a very hot pillow tonight and this store needs to shutting down Thanks for the not so brilliant food and service chuck and never will I get food from here again!!!

I did not get my onions when i ordered them and it is an absolute disgrace and this should not be tolerated by any other human in this whole world.
