Nazrul's Sonargow - Sunderland

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant twice now, and both times the food arrived within the estimated time. The food is delicious, especially the masalla dish! Unfortunately, on one occasion our order was missing chips. When I called to inquire, the man I spoke with was extremely polite and offered to either deliver the chips immediately or make a note on our address so they would be included for free next time. Since the spicy chips we had ordered were too hot for me, I requested for them to be delivered later, understanding there would be a delay. Surprisingly, the gentleman I spoke with personally delivered the chips himself! It is rare to receive such exceptional service, especially on top of the amazing food they offer.

I recently ordered takeaway from this restaurant and was blown away by the high-quality food. From the starters to the main courses, everything was delicious. My daughter and I are usually picky eaters, but we both loved our meal. Thank you to the staff for a great experience. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to make an exception this time.

The food at this restaurant is consistently good, I have never had a bad meal. However, I have been very disappointed with the lengthy delivery times during my last two orders. Both times, I had to wait over an hour past the scheduled delivery time I booked online. Additionally, the food arrived slightly cold. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that there were not enough drivers available.

My son ordered a meal from this Takeaway on Saturday night for me AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL That’s all I can say The rice felt like plastic the curry was watery Granted it was late Saturday night However what was given was a total waste of money The worse INDIAN Takeaway I’ve ever had VERY DISAPPOINTED

Delivery service was really quick and the food was amazing will be looking foward to ordering again defo reccomend, they even do burgers.
