Visited early today. Very few people in it was approx 5.30ish. Bearing in mind their FB. States cocktails and the Windows of the place also states cocktails.. The Barman could do with a bit customer care training I asked for a cocktail menu to which he replied we don't do cocktails. His whole manor wasn't great so we just went elsewhere. Sadly won't recommend or return

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but today I was completely disappointed. We had to ask a fellow customer for help with wheelchair access, as a young girl ignored us. The service felt rushed and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in their own lunch and cell phones than in helping us. We had to leave on our own, using homemade door wedges to prop the door open, as no staff offered to assist us with our wheelchair. I would think twice before returning to this place.

Sunday lunch was delicious, roast beef melted in your mouth and the Yorkshire puddings were huge. Would definitely return.

I have reviewed this restaurant multiple times and it always receives a perfect score of 5 out of 5. I went for Sunday lunch last weekend and it was enjoyable. However, the beef dinner we usually order had significantly less beef than usual. If this is a cost-cutting measure due to the financial crisis, I would prefer they increase the price so we can still enjoy the same quality. On a positive note, the restaurant now offers Wi-Fi.

We went for a pre theatre lunch by default as Let down by Aperitif. The staff were friendly, great customer service. Food was really good quality, fresh and generous portions. Can’t fault and was pleasantly surprised
