Mcdonald's - Sunny Isles Beach

This restaurant sells stale food through DoorDash. I've tried ordering from here several times, and each time I've received cold, hard, and stale fries along with a cold burger. It feels like they intentionally provide poor delivery service, holding onto old food for DoorDash orders.

I really enjoy this McDonald's, but I have noticed that at night, around midnight to 1 AM, the line can wrap all the way around the building. Other than that, the food is always served hot!

Wow, this place has really transformed! It used to have terrible service, but today was a refreshing experience. The cashier was polite, and the service was quick. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

This McDonald 's is a not well run. If I get it delivered to my home (the apps all have this restaurant as the default because of its proximity to my home), the order is usually wrong or incomplete. So, I gave up on that. This past weekend, my kids wereasking for a treat and wanted McDonald 's. I decided to go myself and order at their drive through. It was almost a 25 minuteprocess to get my order and be on my way back home. I don 't understand how it can take this McDonald 's that long to process aFAST FOOD order. Two stars because, at least they got the order correct this time.

I have been dying to write a review of this place. We went a couple of weeks ago and tell me why we ordered food for five people and once I get to the window the RUDE lady tells me that I am only allowed to get two sauces. I proceed to explain that it was alarge order, we should at least get a sauce per person but she denies it, she says it is their policy. Then I asked for at leastketchup and she says that I should have paid for it as it costs extra. What!!!!!!!???????????? Please go to another McDonnals.
