Pinkberry - Sunnyvale

Delicious tasting, and the serving size for the price was huge!

I noticed the decline in service: a person who was taking the order didn't listen, and didn't want to add toppings

This was previously my go-to Pinkberry store, but I've noticed a decline in service and quality. The staff seems unfriendly, fruits lack freshness, and portions of toppings are small. Due to these concerns, I won't be returning to this location.

Kid's wanted some frozen yogurt but unfortunately we got to see roaches running around the toppings definitely never coming back .

Underwhelming and overpriced. It felt like average ice cream but at the price of a quality Gelato.
