Franky Louie's Beach Front Grill

Great food and service, but didn't appreciate how they let one couple smoke in the restaurant.

We have been coming here since they first opened. It is a great place to visit at the lake. They have really done a nice job with the place. It is a sand beach for the family, and plenty of games and things to do. The food is typical lake food with a twist. Their BLT is Bacon, Lobster and Tomato. We like the Davy Jones Pizza which is a seafood pizza and white sauce. Their salads were a nice surprise for us. We were trying to find healthier options, and this can be trickier at the lake. The salads were good, and the way they present them is a few steps up than most places on the lake. In addition to the nice location to visit, they are big supporters of the lake including the annual Shoot Out. The worst problem is that they are fairly popular and it can be either difficult to get in or a longer wait especially during busier times.

We go here every year. It is one of our favorite places on the lake. The kids LOVE the sand and the swimming beach. The drinks are really good. My favorite is the Voodoo Juice! We also love the gift shop, but it was closed today.

Just got back from having dinner tonight at Ron’s. Saturday night special was a large 3 topping pizza for $15.00. This was a really good pizza. We had the new fried pickles appetizer. Awesome. Landon was out waiter and as always he got the food and drink order correct. We enjoyed the live music. We will be back soon to have the grouper and enjoy more music.

This is a fantastic bar with outstanding service! Nick, the bartender, took the time to disinfect the counter and several high-contact areas during our visit. All of the staff were wonderful—very friendly and personable, while also adhering to top-notch COVID cleanliness standards. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return!
