Employees stand around talking to each other instead of taking orders. I've been here 3 times and the portion sizes are smaller and smaller and smaller. But its the same price. Smh. The last time I went there was barely any steak or bacon in my sandwich. I should've just asked for a refund. Waste of money the last 2 times. I will not be going back.

The cheese steak sandwiches here are outstanding for a chain restaurant.

I understand the current Covid situation, but I don’t see the logic in charging full price for drinks without offering refills. I was informed that if I wanted another drink, I would have to pay full price again. If you’re not going to provide free refills, then drinks should be half price, or at the very least, you should provide a new cup instead of just refilling the first one. It’s really quite simple!

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude. They forgot my order, and no one seemed to apologize for it. I was number 6 in line and waited patiently for a long time, but they continued to serve others, including number 9, before acknowledging that they had completely forgotten about my meal. When I finally inquired about my order, they were dismissive, simply asking, "Here’s your meal, do you want it or not?" and then carelessly tossed my sub at me before walking away. When I tried to address my concerns, they ignored me and refused to involve the manager. I ended up having to approach the cashier to speak with the manager myself, but even they didn’t offer any apology. The management is poor, the staff is rude, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
