Quick Service, really friendly staff, and GOOD food! 100% will be coming

This review is long overdue! I've been getting sandwiches here for quite a while and it needed the recognition it deserves. I always order the Grilled Chicken King Club which comes on wheat bread, bacon, spring mix, tomato, sharp cheddar, Swiss, mayo, and honey mustard. The flavors just bursts in my mouth! This comes with a pickle and a side. They have so many to choose from; my favorites are the broccoli/ cheddar soup or the red beans/rice.They have plenty of seating in there. The inside is clean and fast casual. There are plenty of parking too. Overall, a great sandwich spot!

I didn’t ask for anything extra, just the standard toppings to be placed on the side. They didn’t need to use any extra containers; they could have simply placed them in the bag with the pickle. Since these items are supposed to be included, he yelled at the cashier that nothing is free and to find a way to charge it, she ended up ringing it in as a side of dressing. Luckily I was not picking up the order or I would just requested a full refund and left. This is our first bad experience at this location but there are too many options to have to deal with rude, condescending managers that lie and overcharge.The Plantation location has better service. Dan the manager is amazing and even though it’s slightly further from my house, I will never go back to the Commercial location.I have never had a service issue at any McAlister’s I’ve visited in the past. This was unnecessary and disappointing.

Got a Cesar salad wrap through our office catering, came with a slice of pickle, some chips and a home made cookie. It was delicious! I will deff go back to this spot for lunch on my own! Everything tasted fresh and had lovely flavor! Even the pickle was crisp and crunchy! Wish it was a sugar cookie and not a chocolate chip cookie but I will get one next time!
