Feedback gevenAt the drive-thru, I ordered a Quarter Pounder without cheese, and my receipt confirmed that there was no cheese. I was asked to pull ahead to wait for my order, presumably so they could make it for me. However, when I got home, I found that my Quarter Pounder had cheese on it. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I can't digest dairy, and I'm not in the mood to drive back.
I ordered through the drive-thru, and I saw all my items listed on the screen. However, when I got to the window to pick up my food, one item was missing from the bag. When I mentioned this to the staff, the manager told me I needed to either get back in line or come inside to resolve the issue. Although I wasn’t charged for the missing item, I did order it, so I don’t understand why I should have to wait in line again. It’s not my fault the staff didn’t hear me. This experience has left me frustrated, and I won’t be returning to this location.
This McDonald's is the best-kept secret in Broward County! I can't emphasize this enough—every single time I visit, the service exceeds my expectations. I’m originally from the Midwest, and I've lived in Florida for the past ten years. While Florida isn't exactly famous for its hospitality, this McDonald's stands out as a rare gem. I've visited at various times to see if the service is consistent, and each time, they deliver—no contest! The staff is incredibly friendly, treating you as if you're dining in a high-end restaurant. In short, this is the McDonald's that truly represents the brand!
This place is still in 2020 when Covid start. They can?t do any regular online order as others McDonald in the area. They send the drivers after the client order online to long waiting time with others clients just to order an another hour to wait becausethey don?t have the system to get delivery. If anybody read this just go to any other MD welling to work in US fast foodbusiness.
I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles extra onions add bacon and no ice in my drink. I get my burger and it had no pickles no onions and no bacon, I told the employee and he took the burger back. This time the burger comes back with pickles and normalonions as if it were a normal Big Mac. I asked him to fix it one last time as I had paid extra for the bacon. The last time myburger comes out it has pickles on it normal onions and bacon the kid hands me my drink and it?s a cup full of ice. Hands downthe worst staff ever. Incompetent. Unprofessional. They need to fire that whole staff or retrain everyone including the manager
