Yanyan Tea (sunrise)

Closed most of the time. Only makes sense to visit here if you are already in New York Mart for groceries.

I miss the original location so bad! This place is solid but not the same as the stand alone location in hollywood that unfortunately closed. I ordered the xiaofang milk tea and they didn't put the xiaofang bobas that come with it (which is the whole point of getting it) and the tea was a bit bland. Upon another visit I went to order and the staff looked at me confused and said they're only taking cash which I didn't have on me, probably a system outage I tried to order online once and I went to pick up my drink and the place was closed... all I must say is thank god you don't pay until you get there because that would have added to my frustration. They need to update their hours online and on their online ordering to reflect this. The old location was 10x times better, and legitimately my favorite boba spot ever, much better and more unique than other spots, and always on point. It's disappointing, and yan yan has so much potential. I know this is significantly less space to work with but that isn't an excuse for the lack of consistency or quality. Hopefully they improve

Bubble Tea stall in New York Market. Really super sweet, I got the A2. Tea flavor is good but it's way too much sugar for me. Could only do a few sips. Bobas were a mix of coconut and lychee flavor. I would say if you like this super sweet type it's very good, I wish they had a few of the stronger tea flavors with regular milk as an option. They also have a rice noodle menu but they aren't currently cooking items from it now.

Really disappointed because we went there for boba and it was closed so either the times may be off that is listed.

Cute little place. This is my first time coming. The lady thar help me was very nice, but did not speak English so I pointed to what I wanted, the drink came out very good. The boba is in a Chinese grocery store.The thing in the store are very interesting I can't wait to go back and look around. Will let you guys know how it turns out on my next visit
