My husband tried to pick our online order up 15 minutes early, and the manager refused to give him the order, even though my husband had the receipt on his phone and showed it to the manager. He said he would have to wait. We live nearby and do business with him on a regular basis. The manager preferred to get in a screaming match with my husband, and then with myself on the phone, than to try and keep our business. The manager went so far as to accuse us of creating a fake receipt in order to get a free sandwich and rip him off. Really? We’re going to all that trouble for a 6-inch sub? He screamed Covid had made business tough for him. Evidently not tough enough that he wants to keep customers. No worries; he’ll never see us again.
Order online 25 mins before i arrived workers are rude . even other customers said something about attitudes . still ended up waiting another 20 mins for one sandwich and 2
While standing in line, I saw a roach crawling over where the bread is stored. Probably never coming back here.
Great staff that gave me the impression that they care about the customers satisfaction.
