Feedback gevenThe quality of the meat was ok, not my best steak of life. They cooked more than what I asked.The margarita was good, there were not many people and we enjoyed the company.
The manager Robert was careless and seemed too prideful to work in the customer service industry. This is the last time I will ever go to Longhorn Steakhouse, the worst location in Austin. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the North Austin location.
We originally wanted longhorn but went to Texas land and cattle wait for and hr when they said 30min just to find out they have many reservations and they get seated first. We should of came here first service was great no wait even though busy food came out quickly and very delicious . We know next time come here only ty to all the servers cooks staff ty my wife enjoyed everything on our date. We spent $160 just in food and drinks and left a good tip ty. Hope to be back soon.
I came and visited Longhorn in Austin today and was expecting good food with good service, because i work at a Longhorn myself. Instead got really bad service. The waiter didn’t even check on our table one single time, we didn’t get our condiments until the food was cold. He also forgot our salads until our food came out. Then once we brought the issue to the manager the manager didn’t even apologize, just gave us our condiments. We brought it up again towards the end, because we were still waiting on our bill and our to go boxes. Manager was really prideful, and asked which location i work at, as if that matters. At the end of the day i’m a customer, just shows where the root of the problem is. He did comp our food, but regardless a waste of time.
