Feedback gevenAwful experience. I ordered two poke bowls, and neither of them had the correct ingredients or sizes. The only response I got was to submit a claim through DoorDash, which only refunded me a third of the price in credit. The poke was the worst I've ever had—I could have made it better myself.
I really wish I didn't have to order the "skinny" size; I ended up just saying out loud, "the one with two proteins.” It could have simply been labeled as small or a specific weight, which would have avoided the unnecessary awkwardness and potential frustration. Everything is also served in disposable plastic bowls, even if you choose to dine in. They do offer a wide variety of options (though no mango, which is usually my favorite), including eel and egg. However, I can't shake the feeling that I received a small portion of eel for the extra charge, even though I do enjoy it more than most.
The experience was impressive, but it was on the pricey side. The staff was extremely friendly, and I appreciated the outdoor seating option, especially since the air conditioning indoors was quite intense. I would definitely consider returning, but only if I’m really craving a poke bowl; otherwise, I would opt for something more affordable.
Sweet young lady that served me. Food was good and delicious. Love their free scoop of crab on Tues. Got the two protein bowl with greens as base and you build with veggies and sauce. ????
