Feedback gevenI'd like to share that I had a good meal, it would have to sit first. We were standing over 10 minutes on a huge line. To get someone to sit and she said they had no hosts and we had to wait. Then another speaker came and said they had to clean first. At the time we went out.. 15 minutes zero service and no manager
My friend and I were really excited to eat this week and chose one of my favorites. Red Robin, just to be incredibly disappointed. The service was an absolute joke. We were not recognized when we came in and after 10 minutes we had to strike a waitress to sit. The restaurant was DISGUSTING. Behind the stands were hand prints on the glass, our table was sticky and there were food waste at the stand. Don't even take me to the bathroom. Each stable had thrown toilet paper everywhere, unflushed toilets, and used tampons EVERYWHERE. The food was mediocre at best. The floors were sticky and the waiter tried to rip us off from our dinner voucher. Will NOT return to this place. Big waste of money.
This visit is actually better than the first time we've come..[Can they give a different chance? Maybe it was a Wednesday? At 3:00. Wasn't busy at all. Maybe two small families and a few solo diners. Tent for lunch, took 4 children from [Children's / Youth Boys] The host only stared at us, not a greeting. No smile. Okay, then. She did not react when the children began to talk to her [inquired about her name, crayons admired her nails My husband began to act from this point as host to ensure that we got menus and the Crayons for the children as well as finally to a table.. When I grabbed the chalk for the toddlers, the host looked at us as if we had just grown another head. FINALLY has a table... And no one ever came back... On the way out of the building we saw no workers, just a bartender behind the bar.
Excellent food and good service despite short-handedness.
Nothing was good about our visit. Burgers were made from frozen patties, honestly I prefer McDonald's burgers over these. As for bottom less fries the ones we got with our burgers were over cooked. Then to make me want to leave even faster the waitress came to our table, I was hoping to offered us drink refills, but no to ask if we were paying with cash or card. Did I mention we had only taken a couple of bites of our food. She seemed to be doing everything from greeting guests, sitting tables then waiting on customers.
