There's only ONE guy doing the orders so the line was long (see photo). Sashimi also isn't very fresh. The flesh had started to slime. There's not much variety on the ready to grab section, and same can be said on the conveyor. I love the Vacaville location and I hope this one in Concordimproves. Notice to sushi and rolls lovers. This isn't your authentic Japanese food joint. I did NOT see a single Japanese employee when we went. +3 stars for location, same ambiance, and generic food -2 for quality of food, slowservice, and inefficient management of workers.
Everything was delicious. Staff were polite, fast and attentive to my daughter and I. Amazing service for how busy they were
Great place if you like sashimi and nigiri! This place is so busy though and has pretty limited hours so the wait time is usually very long unless you book ahead of time
If you go here, try and sit by the sushi bar. Normally, you have to line up to order sushi from the sushi chefs. People seated at the bar are able to order from the chefs if you grab their attention. My main issue was that the sushi selection was small. What was available on the conveyer belt was even smaller and most of what we wanted needed to be ordered from the chefs. Quality was OK. Not worth the almost hour+ wait.
Pretty good. Sushi, sushi sushi, lots of sushi. Dont plan on going from work on your lunch hour, unless you do lunch at 11 am. Every table was full at noon.
