I didn’t get her name but the woman working Friday 1/19 for the closing shift was the nicest and most helpful employee EVER. Had a huge confusion with the Subway app and she was so understanding and kind. Saved my night and the food she prepared was super yummy. 10000/10 for her <3

My husband used to go to this location on Willow Pass Road in Park N Shop a minimum of 3x per week. My husband complained to the manager at this location about the lack of attention one of the employees was affording him. She seems to dislike him for some reason. The next time he goes the employee tells him he can't buy sandwiches there. What? I don't really care what the problem is, you have to deal with all people in the service industry in a professional and respectful manner. We have no problem going to another Subway. They're everywhere! But I hope that the Owner is aware that the employees and the manager are controlling his profits.
