Personally, I prefer the salted egg jug above the pork, which they added to a fried garlic. For those who do not like fried garlic like me, make sure that they do not add it.
Finally they open their own kitchen! Before they only open a pop during the basar and are always crowded. They serve spicy pork, grilled pork and crispy pork. My favorite menu is the crispy pig, it's like a siobak. You have some toppings like Sambal, Tauco, Speck and Egg. As for the crispy pig, the bacon is already included, I suggest you add Tauco sauce so it will not taste too salty. The price is appropriate for a cup of crispy pork and hot rice about 50 thousand. The bowl is okay, I need 1 1/2 bowl to be full. They give you free water!
Simply wait 100% delicious 4 years back and enjoy it again!
Crispy pork is quite savory, it is sweet and salty. Be careful of his sambal, it can be really sharp. Place has limited seating, participation is recommended. Recommended for pig friends.
I ordered Sambal Matah Crispy Pork Rice Bowl, while my friend ordered Salted Egg Crispy Pork Rice Bowl. It was nice experience overall, but the crispy part of the pork was super salty, the dishes are too greasy (we could see that by looking at the rice surface), and the employees looked overwhelmed despite being not too crowd. However, they managed to serve our food fast and I really appreciate that.
