Good food but very bad service for the price you pay.

I've been here a lot,maybe once every 2 weeks.. by far the best Italian Restaurant in Surabaya. Menu like Caesar Salad, Tuna Carpachio and Spagethi Scampi is a must here, I have tried most of their pasta dishes and they are all delicious! oh yes and their mushroom risotto is pretty good too. It's really a good place to celebrate your birthday party

It was a crowded Saturday night and we were seated at a table that happens to be under direct blow of the cold aircon. We did ask for something to be done about this but to no avail. Food were served very fast after order, almost at a lightning speed but the pizza and Tagliata di Manzo became cold too soon. Service was great, especially from the reservation staff (appreciated).
