I've actually eaten Pak Miin soup many times but never reviewed it. After thinking about it, it turned out that I had ordered the low budget menu, aka mixed with shredded chicken. now ordering whole and separated, for some reason it feels really better. maybe because the spices aren't absorbed by the rice?
