Kobe Express - Surfside Beach

After three visits to this restaurant, we have decided not to waste any more money on subpar food. Each time, the food was either lukewarm or too cold, despite being within the 25-minute time frame they promised for orders. The woman at the counter seemed annoyed and uninterested in serving us, making the experience even more disappointing. The quality of the food was always just average, but our most recent meal was so bad that we ended up throwing most of it in the trash. It was a complete waste of money, and we will be looking for a different hibachi restaurant to dine at in the future.

We have ordered ourselves via door dash. it was delicious, hot and fast. we ordered chicken teriyaki, hibachi huhn, egg rolls and early rolls, along with two orders of white soße (shrimp sauce.) we have enough food for each two meal times! total $32 were not included delivery fee with door dash. definitiw repeat!

I used to frequent this restaurant and always had a great experience with the service and food. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The lady who seemed to be a part owner had a very unfriendly attitude and made the whole dining experience uncomfortable. When I asked for extra sauce, she rudely told me to wait and pointed at me as if I had done something wrong. The food was also old and tough. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant. To top it off, even my fortune cookie was stale. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame, but I will not be coming back here again.

We often grab a quick meal at this restaurant when we are in town. We usually place an order over the phone and then pick it up. The food is consistently delicious and enjoyable.

It’s a great restaurant to eat at! Definitely order food their again!
