The Harbour Grill - Surfside

Hadassah was very attentive and an overall delight.

Amosphere is a 3 only vlbecause i sat outside since they were busy. If i was inside its a perfect score

If we could have put 0, we will.We arrived at 9h30 asking for our table inside and they give us a table at the end of the restaurant with bad chair. We ask to change and the girl (who was talking bad to us) told us that we have to sit outside. We say no and after arguing for 20 minutes she gives us a table inside.You made an order and ask to everything coming together. Only one starter (it was tacos and the meat was cold) came and after 1h, we ask the waiter where is the food for the child mostly. She said I don’t know I am going to see and she never came back. After 30min again we decide to leave because it was already 11pm. We ask the manager the bill and he gives it to us without even doing a commercial gesture. It’s ok to have issues but at least they could have come to tell us that there was a issues instead of letting us wait 1h30 for our food.We will definitely not be coming back ever again!!!

We had an excellent time. Vladimir’s was our waiter and he gave us a comfortable caring experience. The food was delicious. Can’t remember the last time we went out and enjoyed every dish we ordered. 10/10

Vlad served us extremely well, warm smile and well mannered. Food was out of this world and Vlad made our experience that much more enjoyable! Will 100% return and recommend because of Vlad!
