We are an event management company, the hospitality solutions for high times and company events offer one of the manager (mr. sanjay) seems to forget that he belongs to the hospitality industry and was rude to his core also after keeping all the hotel guidelines he did...not stop portraying everything that a hospitality professional should not speak to (shouting in the lobby, etc.)

The restaurant is situated by the lake, as its name suggests. It is conveniently located next to the shopping market, making it easily accessible. The food here is delicious, with a wide variety catering to all tastes and budgets. The only issue is that they struggle to handle the crowds at times.

My recent dinner experience at this restaurant was terrible. We discovered cockroaches falling from the AC vent onto our table. When we informed the staff, they were completely indifferent and did not bother to remove the cockroaches. I am concerned that proper pest control measures are not being followed in this establishment.

During our stay in Saputara, we visited the restaurant twice. The food was delicious and the service was efficient and prompt.

This place was everyday destination during our stay in Saputara. Excellent for high tea and breakfast. We did not try meals so unable to comment on that part of the menu. Place is well kept and has a good ambiance. Services are excellent. One can...get Havmore icecream in the campus. Plenty of parking space. Recommended.
