I ordered an omelette it came with the omelette, and toast potatoes/hashbrowns were extra drink was extra three of us ended up paying approximately $21 the food definitely needed seasoning salt pepper not bad for a quick simple meal but I would like to go out of my way.
Great food nice people! The chicken is amazing. Had some kind of chocolate cake that was really good.
Many years ago I and a fellow soldier in the Army stopped there for lunch in our uniforms. Back then they served Granny 's honey-hugged chicken . It was so delicious that I said Granny deserved a hug! The waitress brought the cook from the kitchen, and she was so sweet and gracious that she gave us two soldiers our lunch for free! I understand that her daughters run it now. I recommend everyone to stop there to eat, where they still serve good country food with country kindness and support for the military!
This family-owned restaurant serves generous portions of chicken strips and features a delightful meat selection. The desserts are also fantastic. The recent updates to the interior are very appealing. Prices are reasonable, and the food is made to order, so there might be a brief wait. However, I prefer waiting a few minutes for freshly prepared dishes rather than eating something that was pre-cooked. It's definitely worth a visit!
The biscuits and gravy were made from scratch, and the bacon was prepared exactly as I requested! The food was very good.
