La Carinderia - Surigao

Italian restaurant/bar in General Luna. A bit pricey and the portion they serve is small. I had carbonara but it didnt taste and look like the italian carbonara, the taste was not bad though, it simply lacks of something. My husband ordered squid mango salad. Nothing special, even the sauce wasnt specially tasty.

Overpriced! That was the most expensive diner we had after 2 weeks in the Philippines. Food is great, don’t get me wrong but it could be way cheaper to my mind. Service was good, the girl was efficient enough. (Forgot to take a picture of the food, sorry but we had the tuna) excellent tuna and perfectly cooked. But again, expensive for what it is.

La Carinderia is an unimposing restaurant along Tourism Road in GL. A low key, casual and homey resto with a carefully curated soundtrack! A chill place to dine with family and friends. Menu is great and there is something for everyone. Loved every meal we had here. Ingredients, their pastas are always fresh and the dishes had the warmth of a home cooked meal. Personal faves: Panzerotto Carbonara one of the best carbonara we’ve tried Guazetto de Pesce Panacotta Panzerottini Iced Latté Oh and they serve breakfast! Highly recommended. Missing this place already! Would definitely come back.

Took 30 minutes to serve, run out of rice. Food looks good but not the same with taste. Pricey. Would rather go to Karagatan Restaurant for the same price.

We love the pasta here! You can tell everything is freshly made and using high quality ingredients. Absolutely love each of the pastas and the lasagna is just The owners are really lovely as well and we tell everyone to come!
