Baskin-robbins - Surprise

This is a fantastic spot to stop by for a refreshing dessert, whether it's a cone or a slice of cake. The place is clean, and the service is speedy.

I visited around 4 AM with my son and a friend, and we really enjoyed some delicious ice cream. The place was clean, and the young man who served us was incredibly friendly and pleasant. I wanted to pay with my card, but he informed me that it wasn't possible to process the transaction. I felt terrible because I didn't have any cash on me, and I apologized, but he reassured me that it was totally fine and not a problem at all. I just want to tell the owners that they are lucky to have such a wonderful young man on their team!

————————— I’ve loved Baskin Robbins since childhood, but this location has been quite disappointing. After our fifth or sixth attempt to give it another chance (with months in between visits), we returned the other night and left feeling let down again. They often have only three to five key flavors, like chocolate and mint chip, and the service has been lacking. Each time we’ve pointed out our disappointment over the limited options, yet nothing seems to change. It’s such a letdown! Please consider making some improvements so we can come back and support you!
