Burger King - Surprise

Got 3 original chicken sandwiches at 830 am, you would think they would be fresh. They were not,they were tough cold and the frys were luke warm and no forks for the pies and no ketchup like we asked for.

This restaurant is very dirty. The credit card machine at counter was black with dirt. The tables in dining area were all dirty. Food was ok but with as dirty as dining room was who knows how dirty the kitchen is. Just a nasty restaurant.

Was recently at this location, ordered at drive-thru got back to work and saw the bottom of the bun for my original chicken sandwich had spots of mold! Mold people! I went back and got a refund then went somewhere else.

They do a pretty good job given today's employee short staffing issue. They are always polite, efficient and really do care about what they are doing.

An breakfast sandwich, Han egg without cheese ordered. the wrapper clearly marked no cheese. had a cheese and no ice, not for the first time. food: 1/5
