Mcdonald's - Surprise

This special restaurant at exactly this place is listed as a use card by me. I asked them if they would take it, and they said no, I asked them if they could try to run it through and they said I was going to ask. and again they said no, but I did not ask them to ask again that they try to run it through many paintings, what happens, and it is amazing how it works if they don't know or not try. unfortunately it seems every time I am at this place, I get very bad customer service

Friendly and efficient service, my order was 100% correct, up to the right amount of ketchup packages I requested. Eating was hot and fresh and had to wait just like 1 min when I had expected to wait at least 3 min. overall, if in the city I will definitely visit this position again.

My mom and I had a Big Mac meal at this McDonald's after work and we both really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and I always love coming here after work. Keep up the good work. Each employee has an important role, so don't let any rude customers bring you down. I work at a burger joint just across the street.

I waited at the first window to pay for my food for nearly ten minutes, and the girl at the window was just scrolling on her phone and texting. She didn't open the window or say a word, despite making eye contact a few times. As someone who works in food service, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Even though it's McDonald's and my expectations were low, the cars behind me honking while I waited to pay for my food and received no service from the cashier was horrible, even for a McDonald's.
